The 2013 Overnight Walk season is in full swing already and we have had many of our Alumni Walkers register for this year’s event along with all of the new faces we will be seeing in the Washington DC area this year. We have many resources to help all of our Walkers make their fundraising and training regimens simple and fun and we encourage everyone to take advantage of all of them starting today!

Fundraising Workshops Coming Soon

We have made attending a Fundraising Workshop or Information Meeting easier than ever before and will be setting up and adding new dates for telephone, in-person, and webinar versions of these informative and helpful presentations for participants around the country.

We already have dates scheduled for live Fundraising Workshops hosted by one of your Walker Coaches. You can join us for a telephone Fundraising Workshop at any of the listed times by signingup here.

Need to attend a Fundraising Workshop but can’t make any of the scheduled times? No problem – this year, we have set up a webinar version of the Fundraising Workshop that is availableonline here for you to view at your convenience. Take notes of any questions as you go through the workshop on your own and your Walker Coach will be glad to go over them with you and help you fill in any blanks.

We will be adding dates and times throughout the season for both the in-person and telephone Fundraising Workshops as well.

Information Meetings, Online Resources, and More

In addition to the Fundraising Workshops, we have set up in-person, telephone, and webinar versions of the2013 Overnight Walk Information Meeting to give you access to all of the particulars you will need for the event itself. We’ll help you get a better understanding of fundraising and training schedules, the walk route and order of events, and what it means to participate in the Overnight Walk with thousands of others from around the country.

If you have questions about the Overnight Walk, this informative presentation will help answer all of them!

We also have a complete resources section that you can access from your fundraising webpage that will help you with printed materials, sample posts and emails, and much more. If you need help locating your resource library, ask your coaches and we’ll be glad to help.
