Our Host Hotel and a New Fundraising Program!
Our 2013 Overnight season is
well under way and we have continued to receive a fantastic response to the
event and are getting more participants every day. In addition to the Information
Meetings and Fundraising
Workshops that are taking place every week, we are also adding new Training
Walks and have begun sending out the E-Training
Guide to help all of our Walkers get in shape for the event.
This week we have two new announcements:
- Our 2013 Host Hotel
- The New E-Fundraising Guide
The 2013 Overnight Host Hotel
As we announced earlier this
week, the host hotel will be the Washington Marriott and we have reserved a
special block of rooms for Overnight participants at a rate of $129.00 + tax
per night (Friday through Sunday). Located close to the Ceremony Site and
priced at great rate for the weekend of the event, this will be the most
convenient place for Walkers and Crew to stay during this year’s event.

The New E-Fundraising Guide
In the same style as the
popular E-Training Guide, the E-Fundraising Guide will bring you new fundraising
tips and ideas in email form and will be delivered to your email inbox every
week. Great tips and timely fundraising event ideas will help your fundraising
plan take off and can help you start new ideas as they are sent out. Sign
